36 stainless steel tanks for large dairy company Epiim in Estonia
Gpi Poland realized a major project. 36 stainless steel tanks were delivered to Epiim in Estonia. Epiim is one of the largest dairy producers in the countries around the Baltic Sea.
The highest quality dairy
Epiim is the first and largest cross-border European dairy cooperative in the Baltic States. The company is a pioneer of cheese and butter production in Estonia. Every year, the dairies in Järva-Jaani produce an average of 8,000 tonnes of milk powder and 3,000 tonnes of high-quality Estonian butter with an 82% fat content.
The Estonian company pays particular attention to animal welfare and the transition to CO2-neutral factories.
Technical specifications of dairy tanks
Designing and manufacturing such a large number of stainless steel tanks for one customer required accurate work from the engineers and the dedicated production staff. With help from Gpi’s innovative machinery and in-house tank design programme TankDesign, the project went smoothly and delivered a great result for both parties. Gpi hereby made another successful contribution to a new production plant.
