The Indian branch is developing very quickly, the engineering department works very effectively, and more and more experts are employed. One of them is Guruprasad and Mayur &#8211; Gpi India engineers who have just come to Gpi Poland to improve their skills. Welcome to Poland!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1102fc36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1102fc36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Working at Gpi Group<\/h2><p>Both of them are working as a design engineer at Gpi India Pvt Ltd. As Mayur says \u201cIt was my dream to work as a design engineer and I\u2019m very happy that I got the opportunity to work in this position at Gpi\u201d. He is responsible for designing tanks and optimize the design keeping cost and material in mind. That why Mayur and Guruprasad will stay here for some time \u2013 to upskilling, to better understand, learn design and manufacturing. \u201cIt will help us design better and build better tanks in future\u201d \u2013 Guruprasad says. On the other hand, Mayur notes that: \u201ccompared to India in Poland branch the in-depth knowledge on the product is superior\u201d<\/p><p>They both say that the Polish branch welcome them really nice, people are friendly and helpful.<\/p><h3>The first culture shock<\/h3><p>They both admit that despite being in Poland for a short time, they really liked this country. They definitely agree on one more thing \u201cit is really cold in Poland\u201d. Moreover, they praise the country for its food and want to get to know Polish culture better.<\/p><p>To get to know each other better, Guruprasad and Mayur revealed more about themselves and what they do outside of work. Guruprasad loves watching documentaries about space and upcoming technologies.
