PED-certified stainless steel pressure tanks
Design and production of pressure vessels
Customer confidence is a must for us. Lloyds has audited and accredited Gpi for the independent design and construction of pressure tanks above 0.5 bar (H + H1 certified). This gives you as a customer the confidence that you are dealing with a reputable party. If it concerns a PED installation, the project engineer will make a risk analysis and calculations in close consultation with the client and our QA/QC officer. Subsequently, a test & inspection plan will be drawn up. This enables us to issue a responsible and substantiated CE declaration for PED pressure tanks in a short lead time.
Pressure tanks according to the requirements
Special requirements are often placed on the production of tanks and reactors for the chemical industry. For example, the tanks must be able to withstand high pressure or a vacuum, large temperature differences and strongly corrosive or abrasive contents. Explosion risks may also play a role. As the specialist in the design and production of tanks and reactors, we can meet the strictest requirements and standards. For example, we are allowed to design and produce PED-certified stainless steel pressure tanks entirely under our own management.
