On 11 April 2019, 15 girls from Schoonhovens College will visit Gpi Tanks & Process Equipment. This visit is part of the national Girlsday: an initiative by VHTO for girls aged 10 to 15 that is intended to interest girls at a young age in science, technology and ICT.

Browar PINTA recently purchased 10 cylindrical conical beer tanks (CCT) from Gpi with a capacity of 100 hl (5 tanks), 200 hl (4 tanks) and 50 hl (1 tank) respectively. The order also included 2 bright beer tanks (BBT), each with a capacity of 195 hl.

Gpi recently delivered new stainless steel milk tanks of 250 m3 and 300 m3, an expansion that makes production planning a lot easier.

Gpi Group and Altermij–of Gouwe have reached an agreement to add Altermij-De Gouwe to the Gpi Group. Gpi will merge the activities of Altermij-De Gouwe and Gpi Process Equipment, to better serve clients with specialized process equipment for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Gpi recently had the honour of supplying two stainless steel water tanks for a very unusual project. These will be used as training tanks for rescue divers.

Gpi has constructed an on-site tank for USG Geleen with a capacity of no less than 7300m3. The tank has been designed to EN 14015, the European norm for flat-bottomed tanks.

Gpi has delivered 4x 30m³ tanks for one of its clients in the food-processing industry. These tanks are designed for the processing of cocoa mass. Cocoa mass is the basis for various chocolate products for both the food industry and consumers.

Gpi provided Smilde Foods with 40 storage tanks for the storage of plant-based oils and fats.

Gpi delivered 10 x 60 litre vessels for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. Our client specialises in translational vaccine technology. The vessels are designed for waste fluid, and have a small radius so that they can easily be moved.

The client requested three storage tanks that had to comply with the KIWA BRL-K756 directive. The three storage tanks have a capacity of 45,000 litres each, and are to be used for the storage of formic acid, lactic acid and Sal CURB. Sal CURB is a mixture of fluid formaldehyde and organic acids.

Gpi presents a new video about building tanks on-location

Gpi produced four mobile pressure tanks for a cosmetics company which operates on a global basis. The tanks are to be used in order to transport make-up from the production kettle to the filling machine in bulk, in order to carry out the filling process there.

Gpi provided two large storage tanks for an oleochemical manufacturer in Gouda. Each of the storage tanks has a capacity of 3.500m³. The tanks were transported upright from their production location of Groot-Ammers to the client’s factory in Gouda.

Gpi delivered one of its largest orders in the form of a complete tank park for a new powdered milk factory in Gorinchem, belonging to Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods.

The project consisted of 27 tanks with a total capacity of 5 million litres.
