Stainless steel tanks for the brewery industry.
Beer is a natural product made from water, grains, hops, and yeast. Brewing beer is based on a simple principle but requires craftsmanship in practice, no matter what scale you are brewing on. Gpi delivers custom-designed CCT fermentation tanks, BBT storage tanks, and all other beer tanks required by brewers, from 100 L to 5,000 HL. To achieve the unique taste of different beers, specific tanks or additions are often needed. Besides CCT fermentation (cylindrical conical tanks) and BBT storage tanks (bright beer tanks), Gpi also supplies all additional tanks and vessels that are often used for existing and new beer products, such as water, syrup or horizontal fermentation tanks.
At Gpi, tanks up to 10 meters in diameter can be built in the factory. Can’t make it on site? Then we build directly on site up to 5 tanks simultaneously. Gpi has extensive experience in building reliable brewing tanks of all sizes. Whether it is the first step towards a professional brewery, or setting up a whole new production line, we like to think along about the best solution. Because all tanks are built to specification, you will always get the most cost-efficient design and you will make optimal use of your production location. We are happy to work with you to determine the most efficient tank sizes, the correct cooling/heating capacity and we can supply all fittings, such as topplates with integrated fittings, directly.

‘Gpi’s technicians were involved in every phase of the process and did everything they could to meet all our requirements.’
PINTA purchased 10 cylindroconical beer tanks (CCTs) from Gpi, with capacities of 100 hl (5 tanks), 200 hl (4 tanks), and 50 hl (1 tank). The order also included 2 bright beer tanks (BBTs), each with a capacity of 195 hl. The tanks are equipped with independent double-wall sections and additional valves for dry hopping, enabling PINTA to produce a wide range of beers, from lagers to heavily hopped double IPAs.
