A sweet cooperation: pressure vessels for Delicpol.
We approach every job with the same commitment. It does not matter whether it is a small pressure vessel or a large tank built on site. Delicpol was looking for a manufacturer of stainless steel tanks to support it in the modernization of its plant in Poland.
The food market values reliability
Awards and prizes are always a nice addition to the daily work, but nothing pleases you more than when a customer returns with another order. Then you know that what you are doing is right. For a food producer, reliability is very important. The smallest contamination, technical problem and the shutting down of a component of the production line is a huge financial loss.
Mobile tanks for egg mass
The investment in mobile tanks for the egg mass, which is an ingredient in the production of sponge cake, has paid off. By integrating the tanks into the production line, Delicpol can provide a more comfortable working environment.
As Jarosław Bachrij, Delicpol Production Support Specialist, adds: “The tanks from Gpi are part of the modernisation of the workstation for sponge cake production. Previously, pouring the heavy mass was a difficult task and required a lot of strength as it was done entirely by hand. Now it is enough to open the tank valves and it is done.
Mobile process tanks offer many possibilities regardless of the industry in which they operate. The tanks are equipped with 3 or 4 wheels that move around the production hall or laboratory. The most popular process tanks have a capacity of up to 500 litres and are often equipped with an agitator and heating and cooling functions.
Technical specification of pressure vessels
The first order for the production of a 100 litre process tank was completed by Gpi in 2019. The next collaboration ended with the delivery of a pressure vessel in spring 2021. This time we produced a larger tank, obviously using stainless steel. The tank also had a larger inlet and outlet distance from the floor. When a stainless steel tank manufacturer receives clear guidelines from the customer, the whole implementation goes more smoothly.

A major confectionery producer in Europe
Delicpol Group unites confectionery manufacturers on the Polish market. Since 2017, the company has been part of Continental Bakeries, a company that has 12 production facilities in Europe and sells products in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Sweden and Poland, as well as on the Asian and American markets.
Delicpol is famous for its sponge cakes with jelly in chocolate, gingerbread and biscuits.
